What will my Intuitive Healing session be like?
Once we are settled, I open to the Divine and seek messages that may come through images, phrases, or body sensations. Together, we will discuss the challenges you are facing and how they manifest in your body. By tuning into the different vibrations within your tissues, I uncover the stories held in your energy field. Often, guides, departed ones, or high-vibration entities will join us in this supportive journey.

How should I prepare for a session?
It is always helpful to have an intention or a question for your healing session. Asking your heart for guidance is a good place to start. Physical pain, chronic conditions or burning questions are also good options for the focus of your session.

I have a physical wound. Can you help me?
Yes, I started my healing career focused specifically on wound healing and chronic pain. I am very comfortable working in these areas. Please do not present with open wounds though, as you don’t want to risk infection.

How do I know if it is working?
The Universe provides messages about where and how to focus your healing path. There should be a level of resonance with the information that is provided. My goal is to direct your attention to what is needed for healing, for growth or for deeper contemplation.

How does your work differ from Reiki?
My work looks deeper into that well of energy that flows within your body and discerns intricate patterns that can affect your spiritual, physical and emotional health. I channel information to see what the Divine, your guides or ancestors want to share. The departed may be present as well, although every session is unique.

Can you give sessions over the phone?
Yes, I can give sessions over the phone. I suggest that you reserve this time and find a quiet, uninterrupted place to sit. I will begin with a reading of your energy and what issues may be present in your life. Then you will have time to ask questions and go into greater detail about what I have shared.

How long does each reading session take?
The first session can be up to an hour and fifteen minutes, but after that, all sessions are an hour.

Do you diagnose illness?
I am not a medical professional. I read your energy field and give advice based on what I see energetically in your system and what guidance comes in from the divine. If you have an acute physical or mental condition, always seek out proper medical care. I offer my intuitive insight with the highest integrity, and a dose of love, but do not rely on me to diagnose illness or prescribe medications or supplements. There are excellent practitioners out there who do that work well.

Do you take insurance? If not, how do you accept payments?
Our current healthcare system does not support energy healing in this form, sadly. I accept Venmo (@Jeanette-Swafford) or check or cash.

What healing modalities have you studied?
I have studied somatics, intuition, and energy medicine, including Integrated Awareness, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. I've been lucky enough to find amazing teachers to support my development. In addition to the healing arts, I have a Master's degree in Integral Health Education from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, I am a Lead Facilitator and Trainer at Crossing Borders Education and am a proud Facilitator of The Work That Reconnects.
